Shipping questions

What about winter shipping?

From November to March we add 72-hour heat packs and hold shipments through deep-cold snaps. TODO(james): confirm heat-pack policy wording (S-07).

When do orders ship?

Orders placed before the weekly cutoff ship the same week — the countdown on every product page shows your exact deadline.
