Every day starts with a walk past every rack - coffee in hand, eyes on new growth, drooping leaves, soil that dried out since the last watering. Multiple racks of plants, plus bioactive tanks running their own quiet ecosystems, all watered, misted, and fed on the plant's schedule, not mine. Slower than a warehouse. That's the point.
